The Fifth Act NYC is rooted in both theater and film. Our dual-company model bridges these disciplines to produce bold new work for stage and screen. In keeping with this mission, T5A’s first production will be an experimental film staged theatrically.

This modern take on William Shakespeare’s Romeo & Juliet will merge the theatrical and cinematic arts into one cohesive masterpiece. In this new adaptation, stunning visuals and expressive movement will guide the viewer through Shakespeare’s poetic words.
